"HEAL THY SELF" E-BOOK
I present to you a compilation of knowledge gathered over the years from my own spiritual journey. When I awakened, I spent countless days and nights seeking answers and solutions in so many scattered places to many questions, curiosities, personal, societal, and earthly issues I encountered during each phase of my awakening. In my quest for answers, I have learned many ancient and new ways of elevating my vibration and healing myself as well as those around me. Over the years, I have gained so much knowledge for curing oneself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually in the most natural ways possible and want to share what I have learned with all who seek to heal themselves from this matrix we collectively call reality.
By no means am I a scholar or author but wanted to share my accumulation of notes, thoughts and understanding for some tried and true healing basics. Methods mentioned are some of the tools I have learned and used. These tools will bring awareness and light the path for others while they embark on their own healing during their spiritual journey.
