I present to you a compilation of knowledge gathered over the years from my own spiritual journey. By no means am I a scholar or author but wanted to share my accumulation of notes, thoughts and understanding for some tried and true healing basics. Methods mentioned are some of the tools I have learned and used. These tools will bring awareness and light the path for others while they embark on their own healing during their spiritual journey.
